Provide  Hands-On Training
In Your Field

Sponsor a training station to be the sole product and service training advisor for 1,000 facility managers.

FM Training Week will welcome 1,000 facility managers from various sectors of the facility industry across the United States for hands-on training. Participants will receive the latest updates on regulations, codes, technology, and more, covering ten different disciplines of facility operations.

Training Structure

  • Attendees will be grouped by industry sector, roughly 100 per group, to foster collaboration (FM Tracks).

  • Each group will rotate through all ten training sessions over two and a half days (Trainings).

  • During each one-hour session, the 100 attendees will split into four stations, ensuring a trainer-to-trainee ratio of 1:25.

Curriculum and Recognition

  • The training curricula have been developed with input from the FMTW Advisory Committee (Pg. 10) and will feature slight variations tailored to the specific FM Track currently in session.

  • Each training session will last one hour for every group. Participants will receive continuing education units and/or professional development hours at the end of the conference, provided they present proof of attendance.

Diverse Learning Experiences

Each training station is not required to cover the same curriculum or showcase identical products, machines, or devices, allowing for a richer learning experience.
